Sales Representative
Payton Media (PM) is seeking an energetic, passionate, and strategic Business Development / Sales Representative who believes in the power of consultative selling. This person will be assigned warm leads daily (little to no outbound!) and nurture them throughout the entire process from the initial discovery call to negotiating the terms of the contract. You should be naturally curious about businesses and comfortable speaking to entrepreneurs, business owners, growth hackers and CMOs about their current business challenges and understanding what digital solutions make most sense for their business. You like to ask questions and practice active listening, tailoring your approach based on the hidden needs you uncover.
